Open communication is key to a startups success. Founders need to understand that not everyone is comfortable communicating in the same way. It is the entrepreneur’s job to maximize the value of their stakeholders and providing channels for those stakeholders to communicate in a way that is comfortable for them is crucial. It took me years to understand that everyone has a unique communication style and what is best for me isn’t right for others. Create a culture where everyone has a route to share their thoughts and your startup will only benefit!
